We also publish our Annual State of Sales and Marketing Report which contains key insights into last year's sales and marketing. Setting Up and Checking Delayed Steps in Automation Email Marketing List Workflows When working with automation there are times when you want to execute an automation step at a later time or date rather than immediately. For example you might want to send a notification to a team member the day after they are assigned a new deal so they don't contact the customer right away. To meet this need we have added new features in our automation capabilities.
This means users with access to automation can now set delays in their workflows to separate steps over time. Once set up they can check which steps are being executed through the automation history section of the feature. Advanced users can add three delays to each workflow while professional and business users can add ten. All users can defer up to days per workflow. This means they can defer one of the days or defer every day. Learn more about the Delay Step feature in our Knowledge Base article. How to check workflow status In the History tab you will find a list of all executions in the automated workflow. To find specific executions you can filter by Workflow name.
